Pulse VPN is the new solution for all ESPN Windows and OS X machines. VPN (virtual private network) enables your machine to securely connect to ESPN's infrastructure from remote locations - as if you were connected on campus.
Network Connect VPN - the previous solution - was retired on Thursday, August 31, 2017.

Web Mail - Use this option to access a web-based version of your Outlook inbox. Formerly known as OWA.
Applications - Use this option to access various internal applications you have rights to use.
